No, Optin Pressor don't works on WPMS for now. Please be patience. If you bought Optin Pressor Multi Site License and developer, you may install Optin Pressor on each blog to get the different settings to create multiple 3 in 1 Optin Pressor form.

4) Is it possible to have multiple campaigns now with Optin Pressor 2.0?

I'm sorry, I need to say No for now, this update is not available yet and already in the future wishlist updates.

5) Does it post on the FB wall only once (first time subscription), or it's possible to post again and again to all FB subscribers?

Optin Pressor will only allow to post on the FB wall only once (first time subscription) and this feature, to make facebook Wall post again and again for all FB subscribers will be available after I found a white hat way to avoid spam and misuse of it.

6) What type of platform do I need to install Optin Pressor?

You just only need a wordpress site and then install it just like the other plugins. It's Super Easy to install!
